Nelly Durán (Biography)

She’s a normal girl. She has short and curly hair. Her eyes are brown and she wears glasses, pink and black glasses. She’s thin and tall. Well, she has an average height. She is 21 years old and she’s studying the major in Art and Design. She’s in the 8^th semester.

She loves horror stories. Her favorite authors are H. P. Lovecraft and Stephen King. Her favorite book is The shining by Stephen King. And her favorite tale is The color out of space by Lovecraft. She likes indie, alternative and rock music. Her favorite band is Two Door Cinema Club. But she likes too Guns N’ Roses too.

She likes to draw mandalas and fill them with colors. She draws flowers in each opportunity.

Her favorite animals are the cats and the wolves. Cats because they are cute, soft and quiet creatures. And wolves because wolf in Latin is Lupus like her illness. Her favorite color is purple and blue. And talking about food, her favorite dishes are pozole and tacos and her favorite fruit are apples and peaches.

Finally, she is a person full of light and love.

Rap Battle

A war had begun and suddenly two guy, Babo and Mc Dinero saw each other very intensely when Babo said to Mc Dinero: “What are you looking at, bitch?” And they began to approach each other. Lalito had already seen them argue and he knew where all was going to end.

Then he shouted “This will be solved with a rap battle!” Then Lalito said “Babo starts!”. In seconds, Babo tried to rhyme and said “What are you looking at you fish face? You don’t even know how to speak English, What are you going to say to me?”. Babo had said that when Mc Dinero interrupted him saying “Babo baboso, money money money”. And then Lalito said “Nobody has ever rhymed better than me, I’m the best so nobody won here”

Ghost story

He was an old man with big hands and a limp, and he had been living in the same house all of his life. The house was falling apart and he hadn’t paint it for years, so it looked as it would collapse at any moment. We walked past his house every day, and he was always working in his garden and he was always saying hello. One day, I came home alone in fact, I had never walked home alone before. I looked up and saw the man at his window. He was watching me and I felt as if he had been watching me for a long time. Then he came out of the house and he walked to me and said “This house is now yours” and he had a paper in his hands, the paper was the deeds and he gave it to me and I asked “Why?” He told me “I’m going to go far away. You have to find a person, Sebastian Manchester”.

After, I found Sebastian Manchester and he told me his grandfather had died “He died in 1950”. I was shocked when he said this.

Now, every day I pass his house, he still saying hello.

Future story

By 2100, it will be possible to modify the human DNA to improve it and finish with the illnesses and strengthen specific abilities and organs and even to improve the brain processing, depending on your abilities, characteristics and likes. Your life will be programmed to optimize your nature and make you a better person for society.

Food will have developed in to an artificial feeding system. Because there will be overpopulation and food won’t be enough to survive. Animals will be reproducing better because humans will clone them to satisfy the demand also the natural products will be being modified to optimize the nutrition and the taste.

The middle class will be transporting in sonic trains and riches will have the possibility to teletransport themselves to anyplace in the world. And the rich population will be traveling to other planets on holidays and business travels.

Everyone will be living in an intelligent and sustainable house to take care of the artificial nature.

And all in the world will be happy for ever and never (till the world end).

A summer of mysteries

Once upon a time in a magic and hidden place called Gravity Falls Oregon here started to happen strange things. All began five years ago, in 2012. I was taking my summer break and enjoying my free time when I met a girl called Mabel. She told me about herself and her twin Dipper and why they were there. They were living with their grand uncle Stan because their parents had decided they could use some fresh air and shipped them there. Stan was a crazy man who had lived in the woods and had transformed his house into the Mystery Shack. It was a place to entertainment tourist with incredible creatures. Sometimes I’d went there with my grand aunt Susan. Everyone in the town called her Lazy Susan and she was one-eyed.

We were talking for a long time and we realized we were soul mates, we got along in the moment and we decided to be besties. We were singing our favorite songs in common when Dipper came to us and told us that something weird had been going in this town, he had noticed it since he found a strange journal hidden in the woods. So we went to forest to make a research. We found a place called “Gnoman’s Land” located in a cavern. They we met Jeff, Carson, Steve, Jason and Schmebulock, five funny and lovely gnomes who told us stories about their life and their civilization. Dipper completed the journal’s notes, Mabel played with the gnomes and I asked a lot of questions because I had been living there but I’d never seen something like that.

We were impressed with their stories and were playing attention until Dipper and I realized that Mabel had disappeared. The gnomes had kidnaped Mabel to get her married. They had been looking for a queen and Mabel had been the chosen one. In that moment Dipper and I fought against all of them to save her. I was a difficult fight, it was two versus a giant gnome monster built with a lot of normal gnomes. We won and we escaped in a golf cart while they were throwing up rainbows.

I’ll never forget that story. It was the first adventure I had that summer and it was the beginning of our beautiful friendship which still lasts to this day.
